The Cancer Biology Transfer Platform
The Cancer Biology Transfer Platform (CBTP) in Dijon is affiliated with the Georges-François Leclerc Cancer Center (CGFL), the University of Burgundy Franche-Comté (UBFC), and the Inserm 1231 “Lipids, Nutrition, Cancer” Research Center.
Together, let’s overcome cancer.

The Cancer Biology Transfer Platform aims to provide private companies and academic researchers with cutting-edge technological skills and multidisciplinary expertise, enabling optimal project management. The preferred areas of this platform are the exploration of the mechanisms of cancerous and inflammatory pathologies. However, other areas can also be studied.
The platform is made up of clinicians and researchers specialized in the development, implementation and analysis of basic and clinical research projects. Thanks to the presence of 4 skills (Molecular Biology, Immunomonitoring, Histology and Bioinformatics/Biostatistics), projects can be supported in their entirety.
The platform provides its services in NGS sequencing (DNAseq, RNAseq) and all biomolecular analysis techniques, in the characterization of circulating and infiltrating immune cells, as well as in the statistical exploitation of large-scale data.
It is a platform that allows you to be put in contact with different stakeholders in the research project who are specialists in their field. It provides advice on the biological issues and scientific reflections necessary for the smooth running of the study.
The various projects are implemented quickly within this structure and monitored by the various specialists in the fields of study. Each project implemented will be able to benefit from assistance in its promotion (publications, patent filings, setting up clinical trials).
